Senior Executive Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Strategist | 20 Years of Proven Success in Direct Hire & Contract Placement Job Description Our client, an academic medical center, is seeking to hire a Gastroenterologist . As the Gastroenterologist , you will provide quality care and education. Responsibilities Direct patient care within the division. Ensure appropriate coverage for patients and provide guidelines for physician and nurse practitioner performance expectations. Monitor staff, oversee paperwork, education, training for providers, and future recruitment. Report to the Chair of the Department of Medicine and the CMO. Provide clinical care and planning in an interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with leadership and other healthcare professionals. Requirements Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Advanced endoscopy training is preferred. At least 1 year of prior experience. Success in advanced endoscopy (EGD/Stent), clinical care, and medical education is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification. Salary: The posted range is not guaranteed.
