CDL Driver Recruiter

Freight Hub LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person CDL Driver Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH to build and manage a pipeline of qualified CDL driver candidates. This role blends recruiting with a sales-focused mindset, including outreach, relationship-building, objection handling, and consistent goal achievement. Key Responsibilities Source qualified CDL drivers using job boards, referrals, social media, recruiting platforms, and other outreach channels. Make outbound calls and engage prospective drivers on an ongoing basis. Develop strong candidate relationships and maintain an active recruiting pipeline. Communicate Freight Hub LLC and available driving opportunities in a professional, persuasive manner. Apply sales and communication skills to address concerns and convert qualified candidates. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications. Support candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, applicants, and prospective drivers. Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and recruiting performance metrics. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals. Collaborate with operations and management to understand current hiring needs. Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Previous experience in CDL driver recruiting, transportation recruiting, sales, staffing, or a related field is preferred. Transportation or logistics industry experience is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales personality with the ability to persuade, influence, and close. Comfort with frequent outbound calling and consistent follow-up. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and leads simultaneously. Professional, positive, and persistent attitude. Ability to work in person at the Freight Hub LLC office. Compensation and Benefits $18-$30 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
