At  Lighthouse Youth & Family Services , we're looking for an enthusiastic  HR Specialist - Recruiter  to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who are passionate about making a difference.What You'll Be Doing

As our recruiting superstar, you'll:

✅ Find amazing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.

✅ Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

✅ Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies.

✅ Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed.

✅ Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

✅ Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process.

✅ Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start.

✅ Keep our ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date.



 

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You might be our ideal candidate if you:

✔ Have 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.

✔ Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

✔ Can balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.

✔ Have experience using an ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.

✔ Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices.

✔ Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

✔ Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent.



 

⭐ Bonus Points For ... 

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
