Are you detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with numbers? Our client is looking for a temp-to hire, Inventory Control Specialist to take charge of inventory management, production tracking and logistics in their organization. In this vital role, you’ll help keep operations efficient, accurate, and well-documented—while being part of a team that values precision and organization.
Description
- Oversee and maintain inventory using the Fishbowl system
- Ensure inventory flow follows within proper rotation standards
-Conduct regular inventory counts and report inventory values
-Perform inventory system maintenance and data accuracy checks
-Manage and update production logs
-Track vendor shipments and ensure timely deliveries
-Assist with production forecasting to support planning
-Perform product unit conversions (e.g., gallons to pounds)

- Experience with inventory control, warehouse management, or similar role
- Proficiency with Fishbowl software or other inventory systems preferred
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
-Bilingual skills a plus
-Quickbooks experience is a plus
