Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Hatfield, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication and exceptional customer service while documenting activity and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures. Control access to manufacturing and industrial areas, receiving locations, and restricted spaces to help deter unauthorized entry and support orderly site operations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and exterior access points; identify and report security-related conditions requiring attention. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
