IT Systems Administrator

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network and server administration
• Proven expertise with server installation, maintenance, and security
• Experience with VOIP, telephony systems, and providing excellent customer service
• Nice-to-have: Network administrator background
• Deal breakers: Lack of current server experience or hands-on involvement with server management

Main duties:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the organization's server environment to ensure seamless operations
• Support VOIP and telephony systems, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the MSP partner to align technology goals and address challenges
• Assist in upcoming strategic IT projects, including R&D budget planning
• Contribute to network security and safeguard organizational data
• Help support their presence at industry events, providing audio-visual assistance where needed
• Respond to user support requests, ensuring a high level of customer service and support quality

• Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, with annual reviews and up to 3% raises after three years
