Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of maintenance professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency across all hotel facilities.
• Oversee all repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions that align with our commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address maintenance needs, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving.
• Manage the maintenance budget with precision, optimizing resources while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are in top working order, minimizing downtime and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
