Global Procurement Manager

Leading procurement strategies in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead will oversee procurement functions, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage global procurement relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders while implementing programs to achieve goals and metrics Analyze account-wide spending and vendor performance to identify opportunities for value creation and develop procurement strategies accordingly Lead the development and negotiation of complex RFPs, ensuring compliance with contracts and effective resource utilization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, preferably in facility services or a related discipline Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools such as e-RFPs and contract management systems Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and documentation Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
