Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to support healthcare operations throughout Maricopa County, Arizona . Position Type:

• LPN/LVN - Night Shift
  • Must commit to 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
  • Minimum 13-week commitment with potential extension
  • Schedule based on staffing needs and assigned shift chart

Job Description:

• Provides direct patient care within the scope of LPN/LVN practice
• Assists with patient assessments and implements nursing interventions as directed
• Monitors patient conditions and reports changes to the appropriate healthcare provider
• Administers medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Maintains accurate, objective, and timely patient documentation
• Provides health-related education and support to patients as appropriate
• Assists with routine clinical procedures and patient care activities
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Participates in orientation and training activities as needed

Required Qualifications & Documentation:

• Copy of current, valid, unrestricted LPN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State
• Copy of current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (Nursys)
• Copy of current N95 fit testing
• Copy of current First Aid Certification
• Minimum one year of previous work experience as an LPN/LVN
