Quality Technician

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting standardized quality control inspections of our products to ensure compliance with all relevant safety and company standards. Additionally, responsibilities may include maintaining calibrated testing equipment, preparing test data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements in quality control. Quality Technician will effectively monitor product quality and integrity while supporting efficient production workflows.

Quality Technician Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive inspection reports.

- Conduct product inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.

- Ensure products meet company standards.

- Communicate any quality issues or irregularities to supervisors.

- Collect and analyze test data, preparing detailed quality reports.

- Identify potential enhancements to current quality control processes.

- Perform quality testing in a manner that supports uninterrupted production.

Skills and Experience

Quality Technician Requirements:

- Prior experience as an Inspection or Quality Technician.

- Strong understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.

- Excellent visual perception and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
