Learn more: The Role We're looking for a driven Digital Account Manager to join our Austin team and serve as the primary point of contact between Helppli and our US clients. You'll build strong client relationships, understand their business objectives, and ensure seamless delivery across our AI products and marketing/development services. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, collaborating with our creative, development, and AI teams to deliver results from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients across Helppli's AI, marketing, and development services Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement Guide clients through adoption of Helppli's AI products (Geinious) alongside marketing and development solutions Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to deliver tailored solutions Monitor campaign and platform performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Regularly communicate progress, updates, and results to clients Stay current on AI, digital marketing, and industry trends relevant to client verticals Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role in marketing, technology, or professional services Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web/software development processes; familiarity with AI products or SaaS platforms is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in client management Based in or near Austin, Texas What We Offer Remote-first hybrid work environment Opportunity to work with diverse industries and innovative businesses across Australia and the US Supportive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial team culture Competitive compensation with growth potential Exposure to cutting-edge AI products and professional development opportunities About Our Culture At Helppli, we believe in collaboration, innovation, and putting client success first.
