In Advisor Services (AS) we have built our business on serving the needs of RIAs and advancing an industry that helps the advisor and their clients thrive.  We understand their needs, and work side by side providing them the support to help them manage their firm and meet their goals.  What you’ll do: As a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) you will drive Advisor Services business needs through product development within the AS Core Digital Trading team and deliver solutions that will enable advisors to have efficient and seamless trading experience using technology.  Key responsibilities of this Senior Product Manager role include: Participate as an active member of the AS Core Digital Trading Team, the team responsible for advisor core trading capabilities (including digital trading channels, order management system, allocations, crypto and advanced trading): Effectively manage the product backlog Intake and decision making for new product and monetization ideas - Implementation of new AS Trading Offer product and monetization strategies. Marketing and PR Strategy - Management of Marketing / PR strategies to ensure adoption and monetization of new product offers. Legal and Compliance Liaison - Act as the liaison to Legal, Compliance and the New Product Review Committee (NPRC) in the development of new products; and Education and Webcasts. Assist in developing a strategy and roadmap to evolve AS Core Digital Trading platforms to support Advisor Services and firm business objectives Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders; manage feedback to gain insights into future product opportunities Create detailed business requirements to define product features and monetization opportunities, as well as the user experience Function as Product Owner and utilize appropriate methodology to collaborate with development and QA teams to manage implementation of technology projects, as needed Work with AS Strategy, Planning and Analytics to Develop and manage requirements for dashboard to capture and present product adoption and monetization metrics / KPIs Maintain a strong band of communication between internal business partners and leaders Manage alignment and understanding of priorities, business strategy, trade-off decisions and investment with stakeholdersWe Believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.What you haveRequired Qualifications: 5-10 years of product management/business experience related to financial services, trading experience or knowledge preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Prior experience within the financial services industry; trading experience and/or knowledge preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to be a creative thinker with a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for clients Ability to develop and articulate business requirements Must possess strong analytical and project management skills Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative work environment Experience working with Agile project management methodology Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees such as MBA  Tenacity, a bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under extremely tight deadlines Possess fine attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing applications Understanding and exposure to emerging AI tools, Microsoft Co-Pilot, etc., preferred Experience with Jira and Rally applications In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
