AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

You're a part-time stock brand Ambassador, an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day! Responsibilities Maintain brand standards by managing effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take action to correct them. Support team members by stepping in to help with non-stock-related tasks or assisting guests. Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love AE and Aerie products. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent priority-setting and time management. Flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide benefits at its discretion.
