Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep product moving by processing shipments, replenishing shelves, marking down items, and merchandising effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain an organized stockroom by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures clean and well‑stocked. Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to correct it. Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest support when needed. Follow safety and asset‑protection standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a stock‑related role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time. Flexible availability, able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Passion for AE and Aerie products.
