OCO Product Manager SME (TS/SCI with Polygraph required)

A day in the life: As an OCO Product Manager SME, you bring deep technical expertise in vulnerability exploitation, advanced persistent threats (APT), and hands-on experience with offensive cyber tools and techniques. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will play a key role in supporting mission-critical cyber operations and providing guidance on the latest tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). What you bring to the table: A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 18+ years of industry experience, to include 3+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations, exploitation or a related field In-depth knowledge of exploitation frameworks, reverse engineering tools and offensive cyber techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, IDA Pro, Ghidra) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing Familiar with SAFe Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and understand team needs Hands-on personality that engages with the product and maintains constant engagement with stakeholders Monitor and control schedules and their dependencies Proficient with documentation and the JIRA ticketing process A TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bonus Skills: Experience with APTs: Tracking, analyzing, and mitigating Advanced Persistent Threats Programming skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages commonly used in exploitation (e.g., Python, C/C++, Assembly) The total package: Our total compensation package is designed with our members in mind to reward hard work and commitment to our customers' missions, support long-term career opportunities, and provide a robust benefits package. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself. Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $145,000 - $225,000.
