Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Insight Development Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. Conduct in‑depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to inform business strategy. Complete recurring market scans to monitor competitor activity, promotions, and emerging opportunities. Structured Problem Solving & Business Strategy Utilize structured problem‑solving techniques to solve complex business challenges and identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement. Assist in the development and execution of long‑term business strategies and enterprise initiatives. Support strategic projects by evaluating business performance, risks, and growth opportunities. Executive Communication & Presentation Development Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Translate complex analyses into compelling business narratives and actionable recommendations. Communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences across the organization. Data Analytics & Technology Enablement Utilize AI‑powered tools to improve research efficiency, data analysis, reporting, executive communication, and strategic decision‑making processes. Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to create meaningful reporting and business insights. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting automation, analytics, and strategic planning processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a related analytical role. Experience supporting hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, or multi‑unit businesses preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. Working knowledge of SQL preferred. Strong critical thinking and strategic problem‑solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
