Job Description Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 43‑week assignment at a facility in Beach Park, Illinois. The role requires a start date of 08/10/2026, 40 hours per week, and 8‑hour day shifts in a travel employment setting. Qualifications Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Master’s degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology (preferred) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (preferred) Speech Language Pathology experience (new graduates welcome) Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on standardized assessments and patient goals. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and continuously evaluate progress. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and coordinate comprehensive care. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe treatment environment. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities. Perform any other duties within the scope of practice.
