Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Tax Manager in Columbus, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax expert to lead client engagements and drive business growth through strategic advisory and comprehensive tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services.
- Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns with precision and accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Senior and Staff Accountants, fostering their professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for client service enhancement and business development.
- Promote teamwork and the sharing of innovative ideas within the tax team to improve service delivery.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with key client executives.
- Apply and communicate strategic objectives and organizational policies effectively.
- Active CPA license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting environment.
- Strong financial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in client service excellence and business development.
- Experience managing large client engagements and leading a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
