Wealth Management Associate

Garry Executive Search has been retained by a growing, independently owned RIA in the western Chicago suburbs to recruit a Wealth Management Associate to support an established advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone with client service experience in wealth management who wants direct, hands‑on exposure to advisors and clients, values being part of a small, tenured team, and is looking for a firm that's actively investing in its service function rather than treating it as an afterthought. Seniority Level: Associate Employment Type: Full‑time Job Functions: Client Services, Operations The Opportunity This is a newly added seat, created to support continued growth in the office rather than to replace someone. The Wealth Management Associate joins a small, tenured team that includes a financial planner and another CSA, with team tenure ranging from a few years to a decade. The role works directly alongside advisors and reports into the firm's operations leadership to keep client accounts and day‑to‑day service running smoothly.
