Investment Funds Group AttorneyDLA Piper's Investment Funds Group is seeking an attorney with 1 – 3 years' experience representing clients with respect to fund formation matters. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents, investor side letters, and coordinating investor closings. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
