Epic PB Analyst (Professional Billing)

Epic PB Analyst (Professional Billing) Duration: 3 Months Location: Primarily Remote We are seeking a strong Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst with deep production support and revenue cycle operations experience. This is not a generic Epic analyst role — the ideal candidate will have strong operational support expertise within Epic PB environments. Required Skills & Experience: • Epic PB Certification (Required) • Strong PB Workqueue (WQ) experience • Experience with Slicer Dicer • Experience supporting multiple service areas • Knowledge of statements, credits, and follow-up profiles • Upgrade support, testing, ticket resolution, and production support experience • Strong operational and reporting background within revenue cycle workflows Preferred Background: • Experience supporting large health systems • Ability to work independently in production support environments • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills Please Note: • This role is more operational/revenue cycle focused than implementation focused • Candidates with only build or implementation experience may not be a fit • Candidates without strong PB operational support experience should not be submitted
