Drywall Project Manager/Estimator

This Jobot Job is hosted by: John Ikariyama Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year + $30K-$50K bonus & fully paid benefits Job Details Ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies/deadlines, and follow estimating procedures Sub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule Will be based out of the office and visiting jobsites/clients as needed Projects are mostly commercial office TIs and type of work covers metal framing, drywall, finishing, and some insulation Average size project is $200K-$500K with jobs up to $1.5M each. Project locations are mostly in LA County, but they’re looking to expand into Orange County Why join us?
