To support a global team, the 12-month fixed-term HR Advisor will provide generalist HR advice and guidance remotely, focusing on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and cyclical HR processes while identifying opportunities for automation and self-service. Key responsibilities Providing advice and guidance across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement Supporting Global Mobility and Flexible Work requests in partnership with the Global Mobility Lead Assisting with cyclical HR processes, including Annual Salary Review, Talent Mapping, and engagement deep-dives Required qualifications HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a global tech company Strong stakeholder management skills with clear and confident communication Practical application of employment law and risk management Familiarity with facilitating people processes and employee relations cases Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding complex issues
