Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position. The PT will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes while managing a flexible daily schedule. Coverage Area: Visits are located within the city limits of Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler.
