Material Handler / Forklift Operator

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team in Rockville, MN. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting production by managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate receiving and distribution across our manufacturing and cold storage facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Equipment Operation & Safety: Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles; complete daily equipment pre-checks; maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse.
* Inventory & Material Flow: Receive incoming materials, stage raw materials/consumables for production, verify inventory counts, and coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments.
* Quality & Documentation: Interpret purchase orders, pallet tags, and Bills of Lading (BOLs); conduct regular quality and accuracy checks on finished goods.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in optimizing layout, repalletizing/labeling finished goods, and performing basic sanitation of warehouse equipment.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and verify shipping/receiving documents (BOLs, POs, pallet tags).
* Basic computer proficiency, including simple navigation in Microsoft Excel.
* Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
* Must obtain and maintain an active MN DOT medical card (employer-paid).
* Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts when production requires.
