Responsibilities We Need You to Perform Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies and brand presentation standards across all retail locations. Coach, develop, and inspire a team of In-Store Designers to deliver exceptional visual execution and customer experiences. Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to implement floor sets, seasonal transitions, promotional campaigns, and new product launches. Conduct store visits, merchandising audits, and visual assessments to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with Store Managers, Regional Directors, and Sales Leadership to drive accountability and visual excellence. Develop rollout plans, timelines, and execution strategies for major visual initiatives and merchandising projects. Serve as the liaison between Home Office teams and stores, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and actionable. Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify execution, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization. Provide field feedback related to merchandising strategies, customer shopping behaviors, store presentation, and execution opportunities. Support change management initiatives and help stores successfully navigate merchandising and visual transformations. Here's What Skills We Need You to Bring Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred. 5 plus years of visual merchandising leadership experience in a multi-unit retail environment. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing creative or field-based teams. Strong understanding of merchandising principles, space planning, customer flow, and retail presentation standards. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ability to travel regularly between retail locations.
