Visit hr.kennesaw.edu/benefits.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesABILITIES Able to build upon existing knowledge in the technical application of maintenance work Able to adapt to changing work environments Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools SKILLS Proficient in basic plumbing skills, including installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, valves, and fixtures and effectively troubleshooting issues like leaks, clogs, and malfunctions. Skilled in basic electrical repairs, including replacing lamps, drivers, ballasts, outlets, and switches, with a foundational understanding of electrical systems and circuits.
