Intake Specialist

Full-time, In Office About the Role: Pond Lehocky Giordano is seeking a Legal Intaker to join our Haddonfield office and serve as the first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients Conduct initial client screenings and gather relevant case information Identify potential leads and determine whether matters meet intake criteria Enter and maintain accurate client information in the firm’s case management/CRM system Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys and staff Provide professional, compassionate communication with prospective clients Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses Maintain detailed records and meet intake and conversion goals Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and the intake team Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in legal intake, personal injury, a law firm, call center, or customer service preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable learning and using CRM/case management software Must be able to work in person in Haddonfield, NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
