General Function The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who performs store functions and serves as a guide and role model. Coaches, develops and inspires the team to act as ambassadors for Sunglass Hut, delivering The Sunglass Hut Experience. Major Duties and Responsibilities Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives. Develops the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results. Drives sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Coaches, develops, mentors and inspires the team to enhance store performance. Fosters a development-focused environment to grow careers and retain talent. Networks, recruits, hires to staffing needs, and trains using onboarding tools. Inspires team growth through individual development plans. Creates an inspirational work environment reflecting the brand integrity. Builds an emotional connection within the team to translate into sales and consistent The Sunglass Hut Experience. Spends substantial time on the sales floor and ensures execution of brand standards. Coaches the team to ensure consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Develops customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Acts as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and brand standards. Stays knowledgeable about products and fashion trends. Motivates, coaches, and inspires the team to be brand ambassadors. Ensures impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures. Communicates information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of previous leadership experience Demonstrated expertise in store operations Detail-oriented with strong accuracy Ability to think critically to execute operational components of the store Preferred Qualifications Customer service and/or retail experience This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
