Construction Project Manager

Position Overview Pillar Construction Company is a family-owned, full-service construction partner delivering high-quality projects across the commercial construction sector. We provide General Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Management services while maintaining a commitment to honesty, professionalism, safety, and long-term client relationships. As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead projects for commercial clients, developers, franchise organizations, and national account customers. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure timely completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervisors, and internal stakeholders Serve as the primary communication link between clients and field teams Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support field operations Track project costs, change orders, budgets, and overall financial performance Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations Build strong relationships with clients and project partners throughout execution What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience Experience working with national tenants, franchise organizations, developers, or multi-location commercial clients Strong scheduling and project execution skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting retail construction projects and national account customers Experience working with organizations such as national retail, restaurant, franchise, or developer clients Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Success in This Role The successful candidate will be someone who: Takes ownership of projects with minimal oversight Maintains strong communication with field supervisors and project stakeholders Brings a strong sense of urgency and accountability Can effectively manage several active projects at the same time Delivers projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule Competitive base salary of $120,000-$150,000 Health insurance contribution Opportunity to join a growing, family-owned construction company Collaborative team environment with direct impact on project success Additional Job Application Terms This job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
