Job Duties for Welder / Fabricator Position:

Perform welding and fabrication on various metals, including stainless steel
Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble and weld components
Measure, cut, and shape metal using appropriate tools and equipment
Assemble parts for wood-fired ovens and outdoor cooking equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, accurate production and organized materials
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Report and correct fabrication or welding defects
Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies

Qualifications and Desired Skills for the Welder / Fabricator Position:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and grinding
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 45+ lbs
Standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
Use of personal protective equipment as required
Certified welder with experience in different welding techniques
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with welding machinery and tools
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
