You will independently lead sensitive issue responses, advise leadership and personally execute communications across English- and Chinese-language channels. Include community forums, Google and Yelp reviews, app store ratings and digital news. Adapt messaging to each platform while maintaining factual consistency; address legitimate concerns, correct misinformation with evidence and coordinate reports of policy-violating content. Align public comments, direct outreach and official communications with Customer Service and Legal.\n亲自执行与双语写作：独立撰写中英文声明、新闻材料、媒体问答、管理层发言要点、社媒回应及外部沟通更新。根据不同平台调整表达，确保事实与核心口径一致；回应合理诉求，以证据澄清不实信息，并协调对违规内容的申诉。与客服及法务统一公开评论、直接沟通和官方回应。\nMedia relations and proactive reputation building: Develop relationships with U.S. mainstream, local, industry and Chinese-language media, journalists, creators and community stakeholders. Handle sensitive inquiries and prepare spokespeople. Identify credible stories about merchants, delivery partners and community impact, and execute communications that strengthen trust before and after a crisis.\n媒体关系与主动声誉建设：维护美国主流媒体、本地媒体、行业媒体、中文媒体、记者、内容创作者及社区伙伴关系；处理敏感问询并准备发言人材料。挖掘商家、配送伙伴及社区价值等有事实依据的故事，执行日常与危机后的传播，持续建立外部信任。\nCross-functional incident coordination: Lead communications workstreams with Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and leadership to investigate issues, align messages and support corrective action. Brief leadership on emerging risks and document lessons and corrective actions after incidents.\n危机准备、分析与效果评估：建立监测预警、升级机制、危机预案及各平台回应指引；通过舆情与媒体数据评估情绪变化、传播情况、信息准确性及回应效果；向管理层汇报新出现的风险，并在事件后复盘经验与改进措施。\nQualifications and Requirements 任职要求\n5+ years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, public affairs or crisis communications, including substantial hands-on ownership of sensitive issues.
