Requirements
- Current nursing license
- Relevant certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty
- Proficient in EMR systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with best practices
- Assess and document patient conditions and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on care and resources
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards
