We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change.

Weekdays: MondayFriday, 3:45 PM12:15 AM Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM8:30 PM (Weekend shifts are required.)

As an essential member of our care team, you will:

• Support, monitor, and positively engage with residents
• Document observations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with daily living needs, housekeeping, and meal prep
• Provide medication monitoring/administration per program guidelines
• Respond appropriately to crises or emergency situations
• Support residents in achieving treatment plan goals
• Facilitate educational groups and life-skills activities
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold trauma-informed, person-centered care
• Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team environment

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and healthy boundaries
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete DHS 83 training after hire

This role is active and hands-on. You'll be moving throughout the facility, supporting residents indoors and outdoors, and occasionally assisting with seasonal tasks like snow shoveling or yard care. Travel for resident appointments may be required (2550%).
