Ortho Surgical Registered Nurse - Nights

Join a dedicated nursing team providing specialized care in a modern, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Developing and communicating individualized care plans with clear goals. Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, respecting patient preferences. Qualifications RN license required; nursing diploma or associate degree; bachelor\'s degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred. Skills And Attributes Critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a fast-paced environment.
