Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional post-operative care to orthopedic, spine, urological, and plastic surgery patients on a short-stay unit. Maintain patient safety and comfort, ensuring safe discharge planning. Participate in a team-oriented environment, supporting continuous improvement and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Strong clinical skills in surgical and medical patient care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
