Senior Manager of Risk Management

Focused on ensuring control management is embedded in daily operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Risk Management will collaborate extensively across business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Provide identification of risks throughout business processes and systems in collaboration with business process owners Facilitate risk assessments and testing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Manage control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends to support informed decision-making by senior management Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk and/or Internal Audit function Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities Experience in process governance with knowledge of aligning processes with policies and regulatory frameworks Robust analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios effectively Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
