Tax Senior Associate

To support a growing tax team, the fully remote Tax Senior Associate will manage U.S. tax compliance and operational workflows for over 27,000 funds, focusing on federal and state tax returns, taxable income analyses, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Identify filing requirements and support the preparation and filing of U.S. federal and state tax returns Perform taxable income analyses and assist with annual partnership and corporate tax compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues related to tax compliance and reporting Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in accounting, tax, fund administration, or a related role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Working knowledge of federal and state tax concepts Interest in partnership taxation and investment fund structures CPA eligibility or progress toward certification (a plus, not required)
