Your Health

Your Health is hiring a Visiting Nurse (Nurse Case Manager) to serve wound care patients across the Marietta area. The nurse will travel to patients’ homes and facilities, initiating telemedicine visits and coordinating with providers to ensure quality care within legal guidelines.
