Команда дивизиона сотрудничает с крупными клиентами в основных отраслях страны: от тяжелой металлургии до e-commerce. Задачи Управлять проектной командой (аналитики, разработчики, тестировщики, технические писатели): ставить задачи, контролировать качество выполнения и координировать работу. Взаимодействовать с заказчиком: помогать в четком формулировании потребностей и определении ожиданий. Управлять проектом развития системы: контролировать бюджет и реализацию плана проектов, мониторить риски и принимать управленческие решения. Организовывать процедуры в рамках подготовки к конкурсам и исполнения государственных контрактов (44-ФЗ). Требования Опыт управления проектными командами заказной разработки в ИТ или консалтинге от 2–3 лет. Знание специфики государственных закупок (44-ФЗ), опыт участия в тендерах и взаимодействия с государственными заказчиками. Условия Работа с лидерами российского рынка на крупных проектах внедрения.
