• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions concentrating on various aspects of communication, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functionality.
• Work synergistically with physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical staff, caregivers, and families to cultivate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and families to ensure continued progress outside of formal therapy settings.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions that guarantee continuous patient care throughout their healing journey.

Educational Background

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
