Operations Program Manager

To support a high-impact business operations team, the temporary Operations Program Manager will provide essential operational, analytical, and program management support while working remotely, focusing on driving efficiency and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly refresh of organizational Key Results by coordinating with team leads and preparing summary presentations for executive review Manage headcount trends and reporting, including dashboard updates and monthly executive reporting Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational and strategic initiatives and assist with program management responsibilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or financial planning within a complex organization Proven ability to manage and improve rhythm of business (ROB) processes, including leadership reviews and financial reporting Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel or Power BI for data visualization and reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving alignment across diverse teams
