Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Speech Pathologist for a contract position in Hanford, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to patients, employing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about communication disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
