About the JobThis role is for a designer who wants genuine creative influence at a brand that defines its category. At Milan Laser, performance creative drives growth rather than supporting it from the sidelines. You'll collaborate with creative leads and the performance marketing team on work that supports client acquisition and campaign goals.As a freelance Performance Marketing Designer, you'll create branded static assets for paid social, display, and email channels, producing the variations and formats each campaign needs to test and perform. Campaign data, channel feedback, and audience insights will guide what you make, test, and refine.Milan Laser leads the laser hair removal industry in scale, credibility, and momentum. This role pairs premium brand work with performance marketing and gives you a hand in shaping how a fast-growing category leader appears in every feed.Schedule: 20-40 hours per weekLocation: Omaha, NE | RemoteWhat You'll DoDesign branded static assets for paid social, display, and email channelsProduce multiple creative variations and formats per campaign to support testing and platform requirementsPrepare final files that meet each channel's specifications and our brand standardsApply campaign data, channel feedback, and audience insights to refine creative conceptsBuild variations that support A/B testing, and analyze results with team members to decide which concepts to scale, iterate, or retireBuild and maintain a creative roadmap that prioritizes what to produce, test, and expandDevelop scalable asset systems, templates, and production processes that increase output without diluting qualityEvaluate and apply AI tools to extend creative capacity while keeping work on-brandApply Milan's visual identity consistently as you adapt it to new formats and platforms, and review your work for brand alignment, quality, and detail before deliveryPartner with cross-functional team members from concept through launch, incorporating feedback and communicating project status, timelines, and dependenciesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (one year of experience equals one year of education)Five years of experience in performance marketing design, paid social creative, or growth-focused digital designA portfolio demonstrating both creative craft and measurable business impactExpert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe IllustratorWorking knowledge of paid social platform conventions, creative formats, and A/B testingAbility to apply campaign data and audience insights to creative decisionsPreferred: experience using AI tools in a creative production workflowPreferred: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animationPortfolio Submission RequiredTo be considered for this role, applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating performance-driven design work.Your portfolio should include:Branded static creative you personally designed for paid social, display, or emailExamples of creative variations or asset systems built to support testingResults or context showing how your work performed, such as lift in click-through, conversion, or acquisitionOptional: motion graphics, video editing, or animation workWhy Milan Laser Hair Removal?Milan Laser is the largest and most respected laser hair removal company in the country.
