Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year supporting elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities. This contract opportunity offers the chance to use your specialized skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school community, working onsite with a caseload of approximately 55 students. Two positions are available for professionals eager to help children achieve their communication goals and succeed academically and socially.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting strongly preferred
• Background working with students in elementary grades, especially those with mild to moderate disabilities
• Solid understanding of the IEP process and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and provide insights for individualized student goals
• Partner with educators, teachers, and families to create tailored interventions
• Serve as a valuable resource for staff and families regarding communication, language, and swallowing needs
• Work exclusively onsite, ensuring hands-on support and collaboration
