Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - La Mesa, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible California SLP license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision (yes to clinical fellows!) Experience in school‑based and/or healthcare SLP settings valued Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in collaborating with SLPAs and educational teams Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat high school‑aged students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop tailored treatment plans and maintain documentation Provide both direct and consultative services in person or via teletherapy Work closely with SLPAs, teachers, and families to support student success Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed This contract position promises enriching professional experiences, the chance to shape young lives, and flexible scheduling.
