Test Lead

Required qualifications
• experience in quality assurance, software testing, HR technology delivery, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing for at least two full-lifecycle Workday and/or UKG implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll and UKG Pro and/or strong understanding of HR, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and benefits processes.
• Proven experience planning and leading system integration testing, end-to-end, UAT, regression, integration, and payroll parallel validation activities.
• Experience using test and defect management tools such especially Jira.
• Understanding of data validation, inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, and reconciliation practices.
• Strong leadership, organization, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience mentoring testers or leading distributed testing teams in a fast-paced implementation environment.
