Director of Purchasing

Roers Companies is seeking a Director of Purchasing to lead procurement for our dynamic real estate, rental, and leasing portfolio. In this role, you will design and execute purchasing strategies that support investment, development, and property management projects across the housing spectrum. You will source and negotiate with vendors and contractors, optimize material and service costs, and ensure quality and compliance. Partnering closely with development, construction, and operations teams, you will forecast needs, manage RFP/RFQ processes, and analyze spend to drive savings and efficiency. As a key leader in our entrepreneurial, collaborative culture, you will mentor a small team and influence company-wide purchasing best practices, helping us deliver high-quality projects and strong community impact.
