At Smile Brands you will receive excellent support from leadership with growth opportunities.What We Offer:$1500 SIGN ON BONUSCompetitive compensation based on experienceMileage reimbursementAdditional travel pay opportunitiesBenefits for full timeA supportive, collaborative team cultureThe opportunity to work with a highly skilled team that has successfully worked together for yearsIf you're looking for a rewarding role with variety, teamwork, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply!Schedule (days/hours): M-F 7am-4pmQualifications:Prepare patients for surgery, ensure comfort, and provide clear pre-op and post-op instructions.Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, bone grafts, and IV sedation cases.Perform pre-op vital signs, patient assessments, airway evaluation, and sedation readiness checks.Monitor patients undergoing IV sedation or general anesthesia under the surgeon's supervision (vitals, pulse oximetry, ETCO ?, blood pressure, EKG).Document anesthesia records accurately and in real time and maintain accurate clinical charting and assist with treatment coordination.Prepare and sterilize surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment according to OSHA and infection-control standards.Take digital X-rays, panoramic images, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as needed.Manage surgical instruments, trays, and inventory, ensuring accurate setup and turnover.Support emergency response protocols and assist with complication management when needed.Preferred Qualifications:Washington RDA requiredCurrent BLS certification required1 yr Oral Surgery or Perio expDAANCE/IV sedation certified preferredCompensation: $27-$32/hourAbout Us:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
