Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services and/or EPC work. Leads project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects. Manages schedule, budget, and scope of services and/or EPC projects. Interfaces between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Works in both a corporate and field environment. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of relevant industry experience or construction management experience. Experience with transmission line projects. Experience in multiple phases of project execution. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree. PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to complete required pre‑employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, motor‑vehicle record search, etc.). Travel & Work Environment 25% travel to project sites; based out of Boston office. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment. Sitting, standing, and computer use for extended periods. Utilizes video/audio conferencing tools for internal and external communication. Travel to client sites.
